Francisco Martínez Delgado is a versatile professional with a background in law, entrepreneurship, and talent management.

Starting his career in law, Francisco gained valuable experience working with Local and Regional Administrations before transitioning into the world of public relations in Madrid.

His journey led him to the European Institute for Entrepreneurship (EIE) where he excelled as the Managing Director, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of the Spanish Startup Ecosystem.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, Francisco co-designed accelerator programs, forged partnerships with national and international organizations, such as the Dominican Republic Embassy, Microsoft, and Banco Sabadell, and contributed significantly to the growth of startups.

Expanding on his passion for talent management, he later took on the role of Director at Celera, Spain's first 'People Accelerator,' showcasing his commitment to social causes and the evolving landscape of work in the digital age.

Currently, Francisco serves as the CSO of Fundacion Universidad Empresa and is the CEO&Founder of Emotionhack_, where he continues his work in innovative business strategies and talent development.

With a robust educational background that includes studies at prestigious institutions like Harvard Law School and Universidad de Valencia, Francisco is well-equipped to navigate the complexities of business, law, and entrepreneurship.
