Francisco Javier Tous is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience in IT Project Management, Customer Service and Operations Management. Tous has a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Open Information Systems from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.

Tous has worked as a former IT and Operations Manager in the Caribbean Region at Belcorp USA and a former IT Manager in the US Region. He also worked as a Project Manager at TEAM Business Solutions LLC and an IT Consultant. Tous was formerly an IS Engineer Senior, IS Engineer, and is now a Project Director of Technical Operations at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
