Francisca Veloso is a Lead Product Designer at FARFETCH, with a passion for illustration and a strong interest in Service Design. She has a diverse educational background, including studying International Baccalaureate at St.Julian's School, FdA Arts and Design at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College, Short Course in Service Design at Central Saint Martins, and BA Graphic Product Innovation at London College of Communication. Her expertise extends to organizations such as FARFETCH, where she has held roles as Design Lead in different product divisions. Prior to FARFETCH, she gained experience as a Senior Product Designer at Talkdesk, Product Owner at EatTasty, and UI/UX Designer at Novabase, amongst others. She has also contributed to the academic field as a Teaching Assistant in Service Design at Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London.
