The group was established in 2008 with a vision to elevate sector-specific recruiting expertise, creating a unique experience-focused multi-vertical staffing consultancy.

With a background in Business and Economics, Francis has a strong educational foundation. He has held key leadership roles including Director at Capital Markets Recruitment and formerly at Design Build Search, IT Search and Selection, HR Search and Selection, and Life Science Recruitment. Prior to his current role, he served as Group Director at HRM Executive Recruitment and as a Technical Manager at Hudson.
