Francis Coteur is a highly accomplished engineer and project manager with extensive experience in logistics coordination and technical support for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in several locations around the world. Prior to his humanitarian work, Francis was an Implementation Consultant for Platinum Services Europe, a Tendering Engineer for ABAY TS (now SPIE Belgium), and a Project Manager for Wang Global (now Getronics). Through his diverse career, Francis has developed a range of transferable skills, including stakeholder management, contract negotiations, cost-benefit analysis, and quality control. He is a motivated problem solver and team player who enjoys working in fast-paced and complex environments.
