Francis Berthomier is a finance expert turned CEO, with extensive experience in the financial industry. He has worked with top financial institutions like PricewaterhouseCoopers, Morgan Stanley, LCH.Clearnet, and Vocalink in board-level and executive positions. Francis has led various strategic projects like M&A, transformations, business development, and restructuring among others. He founded an online e-commerce platform before joining Widewalls.ch in July 2017, an online marketplace for modern and contemporary art, which he manages as CEO.

Francis is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to technical matters, capable of managing relationships with shareholders, regulators, tax or statutory auditors, investors or rating agencies, and integrating teams across multiple jurisdictions.
