Regan and a team of 10 professionals. Their team, CBRE Capital Markets Tampa Bay and Gulf Coast Multifamily, boasts over 37 years of combined multifamily brokerage advisory experience in the Southeastern United States, specializing in significant multifamily property sales. Prior to CBRE, Francesco and Michael founded Carriera Regan, where they closed over $2 billion in multifamily sales for Marcus & Millichap and Institutional Property Advisors. Francesco studied Finance at the University of South Florida.
