Francesca Krupp is a graduate of Regis University with a degree in Human Resource Management. She is currently employed as a benefits advisor for Gusto, where she specializes in sales and holds licenses in health insurance, life, and accident insurance. Francesca's passion lies in people, workforce improvement, and empowering others. Her mission is to contribute to a world where individuals leave the workforce in a better state than they found it. With a background in Business Management from Regis University, Francessa has a strong foundation in communication, operational excellence, leadership development, customer satisfaction, and building lasting customer relationships. She has held various roles in different organizations, including her current position at Gusto as a Health Insurance Advisor. In the past, she has worked in sales, human resources, and even dog sitting.
