Applications Developer at Oracle

Currently implementing the Cognigy Conversational AI solution across three channels (voice, chat and social), four languages and six locales, supporting seven fashion brands (Fabletics, SavageXFenty, JustFab, ShoeDazzle, FabKids, Yitty and Scrubs).

Maintenance of current bots in three channels: voice, social and chat (using Genesys’ platform for IVR, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex and SmartAction) 

Tested and investigated different Conversational AI vendors for RFI process.

Worked on Machine Learning projects on Incidents Classification, Intent Extraction as well as Sentiment Analysis, with a focus on data sets analysis and preparation, and model training and evaluation.

As a linguist and applications developer for Oracle Virtual Assistant, I developed the syntax and semantics NLP for Mandarin Chinese. Also worked on development of NLP features for existing customers and already implemented languages (worked on solving customer issues in Italian and English).
