Francesca Conde

Francesca Conde, a Magna Cum Laude graduate in Political Science from Middlebury College, has established herself as a Manager of the Consulting Practice at AlphaSights. She has a keen interest in discovering the reasons why some organizations or movements flourish more than others. Ms. Conde joined AlphaSights in 2017, hoping to work for high-growth, high-impact businesses, where she could satisfy her curiosity. She played a critical role in building several successful client accounts and teams at AlphaSights. Apart from her professional endeavors, Ms. Conde has a passion for politics, healthcare, the environment, and exploring the New York food scene. She has worked as a Fundraising Intern at Niños de Guatemala, the Senior Fellow at Middlebury Admissions Office in Middlebury College, a Research Assistant for Professor Allison Stanger at Middlebury College, and a Peer Writing Tutor at Middlebury College.
