Frances Denny
Frances Denny is a renowned artist and photographer with a focus on female identity. Her photographs have been exhibited globally, and she is currently represented by ClampArt in New York City. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Art History from New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study and a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from Rhode Island School of Design. Frances is a recipient of numerous prestigious awards and honors, including the New York Foundation for the Arts 2016 Fellowship in Photography and PDN's 30. She has also won the LensCulture Emerging Talent, Magenta Flash Forward, and Critical Mass awards. In 2016, she published her first monograph entitled Let Virtue Be Your Guide. Frances uses her experience and skills to balance her art practice while also working as an editorial and commercial photographer. She lives in Brooklyn, New York with her creative partner Catherine Duffy, where they run Dafne, a creative partnership that specializes in visual storytelling.
