Frances Crimmins

Frances Crimmins is a highly skilled and innovative executive leader and board director with over 25 years of experience in the private and not-for-profit sectors.

Currently serving as the CEO of YWCA Canberra, Frances leads a dedicated team that focuses on community services, children's services, training and education, and advocacy to advance gender equality in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT).

With a background in various leadership positions in the health and hospitality industries, Frances previously served as the Director of Operations at YWCA Canberra from 2010 to 2013.

Frances Crimmins holds significant roles as the Chair on the ACT Council of Social Service (ACTCOSS) Board and a Director on the Board of Homelessness Australia.

She has also served as the former Chair of the ACT Ministerial Advisory Committee for Women and was a Board Director of No Sweat Fashion.
