• Wrote text for a marketing brochure on gears for four Finnish gear companies seeking entry into the American market.
• Updated information, redesigned layout, restructured contents, and rewrote into standard American English a 600-page systems configurator instructions document for an industrial controls application.
	• Designed and produced PowerPoint presentations, including embedded speaker notes, on corporate capabilities, unexploded ordnance, and logistics for use at conferences and sales conventions. Input based on text, marketing notes, interviews with client, and rough-draft concept drawings. Implemented original design using fade in/out, video, clip art, and other features as appropriate to messages.

• Composed, edited, designed, and produced diverse marketing and technical documents. Provided Quality Assurance, including grammar, format, stylistic consistency, and adherence to military and corporate standards.
• Managing editor of Technically Speaking, an engineering newsletter; also managed, developed, and wrote articles for Update and PC News (newsletters).
• Designed and taught classes in administrative, business, and technical writing.
• Established a three-tier review plan (structural, qualitative, quantitative) and an automation-based interactive writing process for program investigators preparing research and development reports.
• On STRIDE Project, technical editor on STRIDE Program Maintenance Manual, which documented over 1 million lines of code; staff writer for STRIDING AHEAD, the GSA’s national newsletter; and founder of STRIDETALK, the Unisys project newsletter. Also provided quality assurance, including grammar, format, stylistic consistency, and adherence to standards. For a STRIDE Development Group, edited, stabilized format, and produced an 800-page Design Document, meeting scheduled deadline in one week.
• For Integrated Automated Intelligence Processing System (IAIPS) Project, edited and managed word processing, graphics, and reproduction operations for 350 to 400 documents per year in accordance with required military standards for Naval Intelligence Service customer on simultaneous development and maintenance contracts. Also published COMMLINK, the monthly IAIPS newsletter. Supervised a staff of four.
