Jennifer Fowler is a skilled professional with a wealth of experience in the fields of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), aerospace research, and education.
Jennifer is currently involved with the University of Montana's Autonomous Aerial Systems Office (AASO), where she plays a key role in coordinating and guiding faculty, staff, and students in the implementation of UAS for research purposes in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
She is instrumental in establishing the necessary infrastructure and resources to foster sustainable autonomous aerial research and drive UAS-related innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce development in Montana.
As part of her involvement in the Montana Space Grant Consortium (MSGC), Jennifer contributes to strengthening aerospace research and education within the state by supporting science and engineering education, research, and outreach programs.
Jennifer's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Montana.
Her extensive professional experience encompasses roles such as Director and Assistant Director at the University of Montana, as well as positions in organizations such as the Military Defense Agency, UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research, and the Montana Space Grant Consortium.
Jennifer has also served as an Advisory Council Member for the State of Montana and as an Educational Specialist and Laboratory Coordinator at the University of Montana.
