Forrest Buff is a rising star in the world of information security. With a degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Carolina University, Buff's diverse background includes four years of active duty service in the United States Marine Corps, as well as time spent as a Table Games Supervisor at Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort. However, his true passion lies in the world of cyber-security, and he has worked tirelessly to hone his skills and expertise in this area. Currently an Offensive Security Engineer at Datadog, Buff's responsibilities include network and infrastructure design and administration, vulnerability and risk assessment, threat hunting, and incident response - all within a cloud-based environment. He is also a former Security Analyst at GuidePoint Security and has an extensive background in physical security and management. Buff is always eager to network with and learn from other like-minded security professionals.
