Floris Have

Floris Have is a seasoned professional in the field of antitrust law, with expertise in merger control, cartel investigations, litigation, abuse of dominance, and state aid cases.

Having completed a six-month secondment at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP in New York in 2014, he focused on US antitrust litigation, expanding his knowledge and experience in the field.

Floris holds a Master of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam and is actively involved in teaching competition law, showcasing his commitment to sharing knowledge and expertise.

With specialties in EU Competition law, Dutch Competition law, and the Law of the internal market, Floris brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
