Florin Balus

Florin Balus is an accomplished product management leader and innovator with over 20 years of experience in the field. He is a graduate of the University Politehnica of Bucharest, where he studied Telecommunication and Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Balus is a Distinguished Engineer and Head of Product at Cisco, a previous Vice President of Product Management at Mosaixsoft, Founder and VP of Product at Nuage Networks from Nokia, Director of Product Management at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, and Product Management at Nortel Networks. He has a proven track record of delivering customer-driven solutions, broad expertise covering business, strategy, and product delivery, and a passion for tackling challenging problems and new technologies. Mr. Balus has also contributed to over 10 patents and RFCs, and was a major contributor to the acquisition growth of a startup to a $2B business.
