Dr. Florian Podszus

Florian Podszus is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive professional experience in engineering and mechatronics.

He pursued his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Hochschule Hannover, followed by studying Mechatronics at Mercedes-Benz, Carnehl GmbH & Co. KG.

Continuing his academic journey, Florian completed a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics at Leibniz Universität Hannover and attained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics from the same institution.

Throughout his career, Florian has held key positions in various organizations, including serving as the CEO/Geschäftsführer at Bitmotec GmbH and Dr. Podszus Ventures GmbH.

His professional journey also includes roles such as Managing Director at Mittelstand 4.0-Kompetenzzentrum Hannover, CEO/Geschäftsführer at beta Data Science GbR, and Projektleiter/ingenieur at IPH - Institut für Integrierte Produktion Hannover gGmbH.
