Leveraging his experience in directing innovative projects and insights gained from 19 Urby companies in other French metropolises, he is committed to facilitating the ecological transition of cities by fostering collaborative approaches with transporters, merchants, and local authorities.

His track record includes directing award-winning projects like NavWay under SCE - Keran and creating new products in urban agriculture, urban logistics, and autonomous mobility.

Florent has also been instrumental in securing the 'Crédit Impôt recherche' in 2017 and 2018 at SCE - Keran, negotiating State-metropolis agreements, overseeing organizational transitions, and engaging in lobbying efforts to preserve the competency of the Departmental Council.

His involvement extends to lobbying on various legislative aspects such as ALUR and MATPAM laws, contributing to Nantes' recognition as the 'Green Capital of Europe' in 2013 and supporting initiatives like the 2013 European Green Capital Award and preparations for the Copenhagen Summit (COP 15), among others.
