Florencia Moran Quarles has a deep-rooted passion for sports, having played multiple sports in her upbringing and attributing them to her happiness, family life, and entrepreneurial journey.

After a transformative 5-month global journey with her family, Florencia discovered her life's purpose in giving back to underprivileged children, striving to bring smiles and support to those in need.

Her personal story includes challenges such as moving to America to play golf on a scholarship without knowing English, working multiple jobs to support herself, and facing various obstacles with resilience and determination.

Inspired by her selfless mother, who runs a safe home for abandoned and abused girls in Argentina, Florencia is driven by the desire to make a positive impact on vulnerable children's lives.

In addition to being a dedicated mother of four, Florencia's commitment to helping those in need remains a cornerstone of her life and work, embodying kindness, generosity, and courage.

With an educational background that includes an MBA in General Business and a Bachelors of Science in Finance from Jacksonville State University, Florencia combines academic knowledge with a passion for sports and philanthropy.

Throughout her career, Florencia has held various key roles in organizations such as TULSA Sports Management, LIFT Sports Foundation, Blue Giraffe Sports, Sonrisas Fore Golf, and International Golf Strategic Solutions LLC.

Her professional experience ranges from global marketing and operations to junior golf program management, reflecting a diverse skill set and a commitment to making a difference in the sports industry and beyond.
