Florencia Quarles

Florencia Moran Quarles is a sports management professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the golf industry and athlete management.1 She is the founder of LIFT Sports Group, a global sports management agency specializing in athlete support and development, which she established in January 2024.1

Florencia is also the founder of LIFT Sports Foundation, a non-profit organization created in June 2019 to help professional athletes with their philanthropic endeavors and support underserved communities in Argentina and Latin America.1

Born and raised in Argentina, Florencia was the #1 junior female golfer in her home country before pursuing a collegiate golf career at Jacksonville State University in the United States.1 She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA from Jacksonville State University.1

In July 2021, Florencia joined TULSA SM as the new Head of the Commercial Area.2 She is known for her experience in managing the professional careers of top-ranked pro golfers, including Jhonattan Vegas.3

Florencia is bilingual, with native or bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.1 She currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her three daughters and son.1
