Florence Thellier

Head of People and Performance at Academic Work Switzerland

Florence Thellier is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Essec Business School Paris, where she gained expertise in business administration and management.

Furthering her education, Florence studied Digital Strategy at CREA Genève and attended an MBA Exchange program at Cornell University's S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.

She also pursued a Certificat de généraliste en Marketing et Communication at SAWI, enhancing her skills in marketing and communication.

Florence has held key positions at reputable organizations, including being the Head of People and Performance as well as the former Head of Marketing and Communication at Academic Work.

Prior to that, she contributed to the strategic marketing and market development within the Wealth Management division at UBS.

Her previous roles at UBS include serving as an Associate Portfolio Manager in Real Estate for ultra-high net worth clients and undergoing the Graduate Training Program.

Florence also gained valuable experience through internships at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment department and at Beacon Capital Partners in the Acquisition department.
