Florence Eid-Oakden, an accomplished economist and finance expert, has an extensive background in the financial services industry, with over 15 years of experience as an Independent Non-Executive Director on Financial Services Company Boards. With a Ph.D in Organisation Economics from MIT, Dr. Eid-Oakden has been recognized for her exceptional leadership skills and expertise in audit, risk, and nomination and remuneration committees. As the current Board member of Natixis Saudi Arabia, she chairs the Audit & Risk Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Prior to her role at Natixis, Dr. Eid-Oakden worked as the Head of MENA Research at JP Morgan, and as a hedge fund investment professional, she has worked on the buy side. She has also shared her knowledge and expertise as a professor of economics and finance at the American University of Beirut and as a visiting professor at INSEAD and HEC Paris. Dr. Eid-Oakden has also contributed her expertise and knowledge to organizations such as the Board of Advisors at King Faisal University and ABANA (abana.co).
