Flink, Jeff

Jeff Flink is the founder of Toki Amsterdam, a café known for its unique blend of Scandinavian and Japanese influences. Originally from Hilversum, Jeff has lived in Amsterdam for over 15 years. He studied business with a specialization in Brand Marketing at the University of Amsterdam. Before founding Toki, Jeff worked in advertising and at eBay.13

Toki is located in the Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam and offers a carefully curated selection of products, including coffee from Berlin's Bonanza Coffee, teas from Brooklyn's Bellocq Tea Atelier, and beers from London's Crate Brewery. The café is designed to be more than just a coffee place; it's a hangout spot that encourages relaxation and enjoyment.12

Jeff's inspiration for Toki came from his love of visiting coffee places and restaurants during his travels. He spent years dreaming about opening his own place and eventually took steps to make it a reality by scouting locations and developing concrete plans.1
