She has held various key roles in prestigious organizations such as ThoughtWorks, where she served as a Lead Software Development Consultant and previously as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to this, Flaminia also worked at Essence as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Team Lead, and Software Engineer, showcasing her diverse skill set and expertise.

In addition to her corporate roles, Flaminia has also been actively involved in research and academia, having worked as a Research Assistant at the Center of Intelligent Systems and their Applications at the University of Edinburgh. She has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Support Provider at the University of Edinburgh, School of Informatics.
