With a strong track record in client engagements across resources and product industries, Fitri has honed skills in building executive-level relationships, structured problem-solving, communication, and project management.

Transitioning into the Hyper-Growth- Startup and Financial Technology sector, Fitri has expertise in systems implementation project management, product management, go-to-market strategy, merchant onboarding, and non-direct sales channel development.

Passionate about enhancing merchants' experience, scaling businesses, business process improvement, product launches, and financial services enablement, Fitri drives towards enabling untapped segments in the industry.

Fitri Farid holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Organisation from King's College London, funded by the Indonesian Endowment Fund for Education, where they were a 2015 Scholarship Awardee. They also graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
