Fipr Rasila Hamzah is a seasoned marketing and corporate professional with a remarkable 30-year track record in consulting, marketing, branding, and reputation management across diverse industries like manufacturing, engineering, telecommunications, aerospace, ICT, trading, retail, hospitality, and financial services.

She has extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing and corporate strategies with a focus on ASEAN and Commonwealth member countries. Fipr also holds the position of President & CEO at RUSS Group of Companies, overseeing six lines of businesses in Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency, Digital Communication, Social Enterprise, Branding, and Knowledge Management.

Her specialties include being a Fellow at the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia, an Accredited Public Relations Practitioner, an Academic Advisor at the Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), and an External Moderator for the American Degree Program at HELP University.

Fipr Rasila Hamzah's educational background is diverse and includes a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from Open University Malaysia, an M.A. in Journalism with a specialization in Journalism (Public Relations) from the University of Southern California, and various other degrees and certifications from renowned institutions such as the University of Malaya and USC.

She has held significant roles in various organizations, including being a Board Member at Circular Economy Asia, a Former Member of the Board of Trustees at Commonwealth Youth Foundation, a Former Board Member/Regional Partner for Asia Pacific at Commonwealth Businesswomen Network (CBW), and occupying leadership positions in reputable companies like RUSS Group of Companies, Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN), and UMW Holdings Berhad.
