Fiorella Penaloza is an Assistant Professor at the University of Hawaii-West Oahu.12 She holds a doctorate in management with a focus on organizational development and change, as well as a master's and bachelor's degree in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology.4 Dr. Penaloza is part of the Business Administration faculty at the university.3
