Fiona Hunter

Fiona Hunter is a highly experienced professional who has a diverse educational background and a wealth of expertise in leadership, management, and human resources. Fiona studied at Armadale Academy, obtained an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management from Leeds Beckett University, and furthered her education at West Lothian College. Fiona currently serves as the Director of Community & Inclusion at BrewDog, where she leads initiatives to enhance community engagement and promote inclusivity within the organization. Prior to her current role, Fiona held several key positions at BrewDog, including Head of Employee Engagement and Head of People, showcasing her dedication to fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development.
