    Fiona Gatere is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Monitoring and Evaluations, Management Information Systems, Project and Programme Management, Results, Reviews, Strategic Planning, Institutional Reform, and Capacity Building.

    She holds a Master of Science in International Development and Management from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Nairobi.

    Fiona has held key positions in prestigious organizations, including being the Head of Planning Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting for the Africa Region at the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

    Her extensive experience includes roles such as M&E consultant at the Government of Kenya - Ministry of Devolution and Planning, Deputy Team Leader Monitoring and Evaluation at the World Food Programme, and Consultant for the development of UN Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF 2016 - 2020) at UNDP.

    She has further contributed to the field as an M&E Coach at the National Capacity Building Secretariat, Results and Evaluation Advisor at DFID, and Guest Lecturer in Programme Management and Evaluation at the National University of Rwanda.

    Fiona has also served in various capacities such as Monitoring & Evaluation Management Information System (M&E / MIS) Consultant at the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources in Rwanda, Project Management Consultant at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), and Acting Head of Sub - Office (HSO) at the International Organization for Migration.
