Fiona Dias

Fiona Dias is a seasoned executive with a strong passion for Internet-based innovation. She has an extensive background spanning various industries such as retail, real estate, hospitality, and logistics, holding key roles like board member, president, chief strategy officer, chief marketing officer, and chief product officer.

She currently serves on the boards of Anywhere Real Estate, a prominent real estate conglomerate encompassing brands like Coldwell Banker, Sotheby's, and Century 21, as well as Qurate Retail Group, a leading omnichannel retailer featuring brands such as QVC, HSN, and Frontgate. Previously, Fiona has been part of the boards of Advance Auto Parts, Choice Hotels, Berkshire Grey, HSN, and Lifetime Brands.

Fiona Dias advises on digital commerce strategies and has recently worked with Genesco, a renowned footwear retailer with brands like Journeys and Johnston & Murphy. She has served as the Chief Strategy Officer of ShopRunner, an innovative retail shopping network that was eventually acquired by Federal Express.

Before her time at ShopRunner, Fiona held the position of EVP Strategy & Marketing at GSI Commerce, a major e-commerce solutions provider that later got acquired by eBay. Prior to GSI, she was the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Circuit City, and has rich marketing experience from her time at PepsiCo, Quaker State, and Procter & Gamble.

Beyond her corporate endeavors, Fiona Dias is dedicated to non-profit work, having served on the boards of organizations like Pathfinder International, The Philadelphia Zoo, and The Jane Goodall Institute, in addition to volunteering for various causes.

She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Harvard University.
