Filipe Monterroso

Filipe Monterroso is an individual who has a diverse background with experience in business development, nearshore operations, and management. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Licentiate degree in Management from the University of Évora. Filipe has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Prime Nearshore and PrimeIT, including roles as Head of Business Development, Nearshore Unit Manager, and Business Unit Manager. Prior to this, he also served as a Business Analyst at BTS and gained experience as a Human Resources Trainee at KEMET Electronics Corporation. Filipe has also been involved in other roles such as Pordata at Fundação Francisco Manuel dos Santos and as a Swimming Judge-Referee at Federação Portuguesa de Natação. With a passion for technology and fatherhood, Filipe describes himself as a part-time geek and part-time father.
