Fields Pierce

Fields Pierce is a current J.D. / MBA student with a focus on Corporate Governance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Early Stage Growth. His past experiences include consulting for Private Equity portfolio companies to bring about tangible EBITDA improvement. Fields is passionate about assisting founders and investors in both organic and inorganic growth opportunities.

Fields pursued his Doctor of Law (JD) at Vanderbilt University Law School, where he achieved Dean's List recognition. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) with a concentration in Political Science and graduated with Honors Laureate with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Fields completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and studied at Cape Fear Academy.

Throughout his professional journey, Fields has been part of various esteemed organizations. He served as a Summer Associate at King & Spalding and held MBA Intern roles at Third Prime and Mucker Capital. He also contributed as a Corporate Venture Researcher at Venadar, Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst at Insight Sourcing Group, and had internships at Axiom, Wasserman Media Group, African Leadership Academy, and NOLS for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Absaroka Wilderness Expedition, respectively.
