Fidele NZABANDORA has a vast 14 years' experience in the field of INGOs and UN agencies in the DRC, specializing in humanitarian situations since the introduction of the RRMP for managing population movements.
With 9 years dedicated to the World Food Programme, specifically in monitoring and evaluating various WFP-funded projects, Fidele has honed skills in project design, partner project analysis, budgetary studies, and project monitoring and evaluation.
His expertise lies in school feeding and emergency education, emergency management, distributions organization during humanitarian crises, multisectoral assessment, vulnerability mapping, planning, monitoring, and evaluating emergency and development projects, as well as impact studies.
Fidele's professional background also includes proficiency in shelter and camp management, overseeing clusters related to Education, Movements of Population, and Food Security, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in the humanitarian sector.
Educationally, he pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at ISIG-GOMA and a Bachelor's degree in Management Development: Project Management from Institut Supérieur d’Informatique et Management, illustrating a strong academic foundation to complement his practical experience.
