My main responsibility at GN is to manage the development team and several stakeholders hereof (including UX and Q&A) to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and transparent manner. Compared to many traditional projects, medical devices are heavily regulated due to patient risks, leading to an increased complexity and demand of flexibility.As a product owner, I administer the backlog, requirements and priorities hereof in close cooperation with the marketing department. I furthermore lead the scrum ceremonies using SAFe principles, closely plan dependencies and milestones across the ARTs with project management. From a technical perspective, I partake in defining the overall architecture from hardware to software - as well as documentation hereof, based on the requirements.

At Digital Services in Nilfisk, we strive to change the cleaning industry by creating new digital services to support a rapidly changing market where autonomy, IoT and big data are providing new possibilities. This was done by building a fully Microsoft-based event sourcing platform hosted in Azure and clients bulit in Vue and Xamarin. I also assisted in developing a scalable agile culture based on best-practices SAFe principles.

EuroForm is a company which focuses upon delivering digital services within Managed Print Services which gathers data from more than 11 million printers across the world. During my time at EuroForm, I was in charge of helping the company to embark on a digital transformation where they wanted to pursue the options of delivering their existing services on different mobile platforms. This included leading a team of three developers to build both the backend, middleware and frontend clients.
