Kim Taylor is the CEO and founder of Cluster, a specialized labor marketplace that connects companies with experienced mechanical and electrical engineers. With over 30 types of engineering roles covered by their platform, Cluster helps businesses hire talented full-time engineers. Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Arizona State University and has studied at Marquette University. Before founding Cluster, she successfully started and ran Ranku, Inc., an edtech company that was later acquired by John Wiley & Sons in 2016. Taylor has been recognized for her expertise in higher education and workforce, and has been featured in major media outlets such as CNBC, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
