Max Noelle is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and media professional with a strong background in new media management and media economics. He has an extensive background in developing and launching innovative startups and has made a name for himself as a leader in the virtual engineering space.

Max Noelle attended Fachhochschule des Mittelstandes Bielefeld, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in media economics before going on to pursue his Master of Arts in new media management part-time. He has extensive experience working in the media and entertainment industries, having interned at Bavaria Film Interactive and Vogelsänger Studios before founding his own media agency, MGN Media.

Max has also co-founded several successful startups, including Downtown, Inc. and WeAre GmbH - The Virtual Engineering Base. He has served in a variety of roles across these companies, including COO, advisor, and CEO. In addition, Max has worked as a venture developer and proof of concept lead at Future Energy Ventures (formerly innogy Innovation GmbH).
