Created and solidified recruitment and hiring process resulting in successfully filling 35 open requisitions within a six month period, including on-boarding of all new employees.  

Successfully researched, planned and executed a full implementation of a HRIS/HRM system including a migration of payroll services minimizing clerical and administration processes of the organization leading to increased production and minimized risk.
