Venu V Kota is a highly experienced Strategic Enterprise Operations Leader with over 24 years of experience managing programs for Global Technology, Shared Services, Delivery, and BPO centres in the outsourcing environment. Throughout his career, Kota has been responsible for setting up delivery centres and leading enterprise operations, managing cost centers with an annual budget of over $200 million, conceptualizing and implementing enterprise-wide transformation and automation programs, specializing in resourcing, location strategy, capacity planning, business operations, and corporate services, and executing high-impact corporate social responsibility projects. Kota has worked with a number of well-known organizations, including IBM, GE Capital, HSBC, and PwC, and is currently the Director of Global Corporate Services Asia Pacific at Visa. In addition to his professional experience, Kota has completed a Master's degree in Corporate Real Estate from CoreNet Global in the USA and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
