FMC Technologies Knowledge Management team was a 2013 winner of the America's Most Admired Knowledge Enterprises (MAKE) award, a finalist for the 2013 KM World Reality Award and one of the 2015 Global Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise winners.•	Identified, implemented and led facilitated collaboration services. As a result, he was moved to the Knowledge Management team to integrate facilitated collaboration into the Knowledge Management portfolio of services offered to the business.•	Facilitated virtual executive meetings including the executive quarterly business review (QBR) for the top 30 executives. •	Facilitated high-level virtual global business meetings such as town halls reaching up to 1500 employees, strategic planning sessions and workshops.
