Mika Kannisto is an experienced and successful portfolio manager with a strong focus on investing in a broad range of asset classes and geographies, including global frontier equity markets. Kannisto has a deep understanding of emerging equity markets and has specialized in company meetings, fundamental valuation, and stock picking. He previously worked as a frontier markets equity fund manager for FIM Frontier & FIM Sahara and as an emerging markets buy-side analyst focused on the Middle East and Africa regions. He holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration in Finance from the Helsinki School of Economics and has experience working on both the buy-side and sell-side.
