Matt Henriksen

Matt Henriksen is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in law, finance, and communication. He holds a J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance and Financial Accounting from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, and a B.A. in Speech Communication from the University of Utah.

With extensive experience in the legal field, Matt currently serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Vanta Education, Inc. Prior to this role, he held positions at top organizations including Associate General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Apollo Education Group, Inc., and as an Attorney at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP and Fennemore Craig.

Throughout his career, Matt has also gained valuable experience through various internships, including roles at the US Department of Defense, Office of General Counsel, the State of Utah's Legal Internship program at the Utah State Legislature, and positions in research and economics at Wikstrom Economic and Planning Consultants, Inc.
