Meet JR Young, an accomplished healthcare systems integration professional with over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale system design, implementation, and enterprise integration projects. With a comprehensive background in the technical and business aspects of varied industries, including healthcare and software, JR has a proven track record of implementing projects on schedule and within budget.

JR is a creative problem-solver with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. With a diverse background and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, JR has gained experience studying at Virginia Highlands Community College and previously worked with Western Health Advantage as an Independent Consultant.

Before that, JR served as an Independent Consultant and FEP Consultant for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and Rhode Island, respectively. Additionally, JR held positions as an Advisory Consultant at TriZetto Corporation, Implementation Consultant at Olde Towne Consulting, Supervising Senior Analyst at Omni Healthcare, Account Manager, Financial Analyst at American Healthcare, Inc., and Assistant Buyer at PriceCostco (Costco). Prior to pursuing a career in healthcare, JR spent time in the US Navy as an Assistant Supply Officer, Disbursing and Food Service Officer.
