Iva Maxwell is a highly experienced senior director of system integration at Singular Genomics with a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Harvard University and a BA in Physics from Mount Holyoke College. With a passion for developing ideas into products, she has ten years of experience in system integration for a variety of immunoassay platforms, including hardware integration, user interface development, sequence flow optimization, and assay transfer between platforms. She has also developed a prototype manufacturing facility for point-of-care diagnostic platforms and focused on process development and scale up of output in cGMP ready manufacturing.

Iva has a specific interest in diagnostics and early-stage development, including team building and management, clinical trials management, client interaction, and business development. She works well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, even under time and resource constraints, and has held position of increasing responsibility throughout her career.
