A job with one title but many different hats. Being involved in a rapidly growing Sports Tech company has meant that time and effort has been spread across many business functions - with a primary focus on 'the player' (user). User experience and brand awareness have formed pillars of the role where my main functions have been: - Activation of both existing & new sites: this entails on site physical branding, creating marketing copy write pieces and initial designs, social media involvement, planning company activation stages and running clients through them, enhancing player experience through innovation on the Inrange system- Onboarding new clients: Introducing them to Inrange, planning the on site look and feel (including web/booking systems) once they have come on board. Arranging the collateral and physical branding for the site as well as running through an entire plan to activate and generate interest in their market, from before launch - through the launch - and post launch- Content creation: With the aid of a lead designer - creating a full board of marketing materials and collateral from Social media posts and digital, physical and email assets that can be used to drive interest and traffic to each and every client that comes on board with Inrange- Maximising Revenue: By creating a streamlined Activation process I ensure that players are visiting our clients from Ball 1 (if a new build range) or re-igniting the range visit (if an upgrading range) through social campaigns, promotional events, competitions and giveaways as well as launching new products in an exciting and informative way As the Customer Experience & Innovations Manager, I bring the latest and freshest ideas to our Partner Ranges so that players consistently feel excited, challenged and enjoy playing the game!

I have sold an international collection of prints, original works and Master prints by Rembrandt, Goya, Picasso, Chagall, Miro, Erte, Dali & Braque. This was a sales job, of a luxury product and so I have developed a fine tuned sales finesse as well as closing techniques - working with a diverse and international client base.Between 2015 – 2018 I did not have a year where my gross sales were less than $1.5million and constantly achieved sales targets. I am comfortable in talking numbers and selling high end. I believe I can sell at any price and would be as confident in closing a million-dollar sale as I would be introducing someone to a new, more affordable product. Over and above my sales experience and expertise in the art field, I excel most in client services. I have always maintained the highest standard of customer satisfaction and remain in close contact with many of my top clients, who have become friends.I am easy to work for and with, and like working in a team. I am pro-active and will be the first to start and last to leave. I am used to working late and odd hours to get the job done. Dedication is one of my strongest attributes. Dialogue is a leading tier one mobile aggregator and SMS provider delivering mobile messaging and wholesale SMS services across the globe. Operating direct connections to dozens of carriers around the world, Dialogue is a key industry player in enterprise messaging and can reliably terminate cost effective SMS messages to majority of the world’s mobile networks, already serving Australia, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, South Africa, New Zealand and Ireland.The role entailed lead sourcing and identifying the relevant people within large messaging businesses or corporations, making contact with them and then assessing where Dialogue can assist in bettering their current mobile market position through various industry factors - most often commercially or technically. The output of the job is carefully monitored by performance targets and requires a natural ability to connect with people and personal drive to succeed.

Business Development Executive (Bulk Messaging)

Commonwealth Bank Australia is one of Asia's largest financial groups. They undertook a project to create the worlds most unique office. They decided to match the styles of Microsoft and Google in style, and once built, it was the worlds largest ABW (Activities Based Workplace) - holding 6500 staff members in 2 buildings. The team I was part of was tasked to assist with the complete oversees of the staff movements from 6 different locations into the new central location. This involved finer details such as packing and storing welcome packs and updating technology for staff as well as larger tasks such as taking internal and external tours of the building and running training sessions on all the Windows and Cisco software that was being used.The role involved a large amount of customer interaction, group management, task delegation and an eye for detail as the office was on show to the world.

Panasonic is one of Salmat's large contact centre clients. Based in the Sydney office in a team of around 30 we were tasked with handling all of the incoming calls for the whole of Australia. These included complaints, repairs, enquiries, promotions and any other customer related queries. My role was as a contact agent and the 1st port of call for customers. In certain cases where the matter required management to step in the cases were created in the national system and passed up to management. But for the most part all interactions were handled and concluded by me.The role was targetted and closely monitored. It involved a vast amount of clear communication and concise service delivery, and a fair amount of team banter.

Working with the Win-Win group we were tasked with the launch, awareness events and successful market integration for Glaceau Vitamin Water on behalf of Coca-Cola and ABI. This involved celeb drops, set up and execution of events, lead generation, customer/stockist interactions and more. As the product grew so the role evolved. Once we were more established in the I moved into an account management role where I managed around 120 clients who stocked the product. It was a team target driven role and we managed to hit almost 150% of our 2010 sales target. On the outlet management side the job involved P.O.S, Product placement, Promotions and in store activations - as well as stock checking, taking orders and following up on deliveries.The role was client facing as I dealt with store owners and managers directly and when required educated staff and consumers in store around the product and it's unique selling points

I worked in the Johannesburg office which was at the time called BDO Spencer Steward. The firm later become one global brand BDO.My job was to offer assistance on any matter that the national marketing manager had to deal with. This ranged from typing up corporate responses, sourcing suppliers for marketing collateral, insure the website news was maintained, collecting information for both internal and external newsletters and assisting with staff/client event preparation.
