Patrik has 12+ years of experience hiring, developing, and managing interdisciplinary teams spanning three continents, 15 countries, and three languages. He has directly managed one start-up acquisition by Azerion and prepared the groundwork for another acquisition by Tencent. Additionally, he has founded Game Industry Networking and Game Industry Insights. He has also lead start-ups in fundraising, from €500k to €5M series B evaluation, and has been a podcast and conference speaker, including GDC, PGConnect, and White Nights.
