Francisco Vargas is an experienced business strategist and LGBTQ+ rights advocate with a track record of delivering value to clients in various industries. He has worked with Accenture and Kurt Salmon as a senior strategy analyst and business strategy consultant, respectively. He studied Mechanical Engineering at MIT and is currently an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School. Francisco is passionate about problem-solving at the intersection of global business and technology and is knowledgeable in supply chain KPI creation, market analysis, technology systems strategy, ERP systems, data analytics, business process optimization, inventory optimization, zero-based budgeting, and executive presentation. In addition to his professional experience, he is actively involved in Inclusion & Diversity initiatives as the Chairperson of Rolodex, a professional organization that aims to advance Black and Black/Latinx professionals across all industries.
