Jayne Jenkins, BSc. PCC, is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience in executive leadership, team development, sales training, and coaching. She is the CEO of Churchill Leadership Group, a global coaching organization that offers tailored solutions to organizations that are struggling with soft-skills development, including team cohesion, decision-making, feedback, and leadership.

Jayne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Aston University and has studied Strategic Thinking at the US Army War College, Global Strength Coaching and Facilitation at Gallup University, and Master Strengths Coaching and Team Facilitation at Marcus Buckingham Company, among others.

As part of her professional journey, Jayne has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as eBay, Paypal, Cigna, Cardinal Health, Electronic Arts, Biogen, LinkedIn, AstraZeneca, ServiceNow, BMS, Ethos Energy, Roche, Medtronic, Coca Cola, NASA, US Navy, Fiserv, AMEX, Charter Communications, AAA, and many more across the world.
