Ana Tsikhelashvili is an experienced Administrative Manager with a knack for negotiation, analytical skills, and event management. She has a demonstrated history of working in the research industry and has worked for organizations with a focus on nonprofit causes. Ana earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from ESM Tbilisi Business School and a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Technical University of Georgia.

Ana’s professional experience includes being the Manager at European Initiative-Liberal Academy Tbilisi where she supervised the organization’s operations and managed the budget, all while organizing events to mobilize support for liberal democracy in Georgia. Prior to this position, she was the Project Manager/Event Planner at Brotseuli, where she was responsible for planning events and negotiating sponsorship deals. Ana also served as the CEO of EVENTO, an event-management organization, where she was in charge of a team of event planners and implemented new initiatives to increase the company's revenue.

Furthermore, Ana has had stints as the Administrative Manager at eap-csf.ge, the Manager at Caucasian Development Intiative, and the Assistant to Deputy Ombudsman at the Office of the Ombudsman in Georgia. Ana began her professional career with IREX in 2004, where she worked on research projects.
