Fernando Santesteban is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in the chemical and seeds industries. He has worked in multinational companies across various countries including the USA, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, and Peru. Fernando is skilled in Management, Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. His entrepreneurship in AgTech has made him an expert in this fast-growing industry.
Fernando holds a Bachelor's degree from Instituto San Roman, an MBA from Universidad del CEMA, and an Engineer degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He studied at Saint Andrew's Scots School.
Previously, Fernando served as a Senior Project Manager at Monsanto, where he supervised the Roundup Herbicides plant and managed the Engineering and Maintenance divisions. He also worked as a Project Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, and Electrical and Utilities Supervisor at Monsanto. Prior to that, he served as a Field Engineer at Western Atlas and Maintenance Engineer at Isotex - Saint Gobain.
Fernando is currently the Independent Business Owner at xentia - IoT for Agriculture, where he continues his entrepreneurial pursuits in AgTech.
