He has a diverse background, having worked as a consultant and Business Development Manager in various countries such as the United States, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Angola, where he was deeply involved in selling and implementing solutions for global projects with Fortune 500 companies.

Fernando is the founder of mobinteg, a startup dedicated to mobile enterprise solutions that extend beyond app development, aiming to leverage mobile technology for innovative solutions.

He also established Portugal-Rural.com, the largest online database for rural tourism accommodations in Portugal.

Fernando holds educational qualifications including a Certification in Pedagogy, a Master's in Management and Business Consulting from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, and a Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universidade do Minho.
